Welcome Reception
The NEXT Forum kicked off Sunday night with a lively Welcome Party at the MGM Tower Indoor Pool, featuring great drinks, outstanding food, and a performance by the nationally touring rock-reggae group, the Mike Pinto Band.
Day of Education
Throughout the day, industry experts delved into topics like M&A, technology, compensation, talent acquisition, and growth strategies. The event’s keynote speaker, Johnny Allison, Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder of Home BancShares, Inc., provided key insights.
Closing of Events Cocktail Party
Monday night’s cocktail party at the Borgata Premier Lounge featured an appearance from boxing legend and former Olympic Gold Medalist, Sugar Ray Leonard, who delivered a memorable speech.
