Travillian will produce scripted video interviews focused on a variety of topics with designated members of your company. Travillian will assess the client through the lens of the Wall Street community of analysts, investors, and investment bankers. With the participation of the client’s management, Travillian will create an extensive list of topics and questions that will most likely be asked by analysts and investors at industry conferences and periodic analyst/investor one-on-ones. This “question bank” will be presented to client’s management in advance, so as to allow management adequate time to assess and prepare for these industry events and meetings.
Travillian will present to the Board of Directors and/or employee base with the intent of providing its unbiased, professional opinion of the client’s relative standing in the banking industry.This candid “outsider’s take” will help the Board and/or employee base to understand the perspective and expectations of other stakeholders of the company and the Wall Street analyst/investor community. Travillian’s experience is that these presentations can help lend credibility internally amongst the Board and/or employee base to management’s current strategic initiatives (answering the question of “why”) as well as an understanding of potential macro headwinds/tailwinds to company strategy and performance.
