Brian leads Travillian's Banking & Fintech practice, advising execs from $30B banks to fintech startups. A former banker at Customers Bank and Citizens Bank, he's a Temple grad, speaker, and content host who gives back locally with his wife and two sons.

As Chief Research Officer, Amber Buker contributes to Travillian Next's editorial and strategic initiatives while also supporting our Search & Strategy practices. A recovering attorney and former fintech founder, Amber has worked with bank leaders at brands like Bank Director and the Alloy Labs Alliance.

Based in the Philly area, Adam recruits mid-to-senior execs across financial services. With prior experience at Hirtle Callaghan and SEI, he brings sharp analytical skills and industry fluency to every search. He holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from Pitt. H2P!

With 15 years in talent acquisition across healthcare, finance, and fintech, Patrick blends strategic advisory with a knack for relationship building. Formerly with Bayada, he's a Pace University grad and NYC native turned Philadelphian with a steady hand for every search.

Keith leads exec search across Banking & Fintech, building client relationships and sourcing top talent. Formerly with Robert Half, he's a Scranton and Fordham grad who brings sharp insight to every search and supports charities for cancer and families in need.

Michael supports Travillian's Investment Banking searches with a background in sales, client service, and financial ops. A former collegiate lacrosse champ and coach, he brings grit, hustle, and teamwork to every search. He's a proud West Chester grad.

Holly connects talent to opportunity, bringing five years of healthcare recruiting experience into financial services. With a business background and former volleyball athlete mindset, she builds strong relationships, moves with precision, and brings energy to every search.

Giancarlo connects top talent to opportunity, with a focus on direct hire in the banking and fintech industries. A Philly transplant and Cabrini soccer alum, he now coaches youth players, builds lasting client ties, and brings energy to every search.

Autumn leads all things brand at Travillian and Travillian Next, from design and video to web, email, and social. A former D3 soccer captain and coach, she blends creativity with strategy, backed by a BA in Visual Arts/Communications from Ramapo and an MPA from Widener.

Since 2005, Laura has worn many hats at Travillian, evolving from marketing to HR Manager, where she now oversees payroll, benefits, and onboarding. A University of Maryland grad, she lives in Berwyn with her husband and three boys.

Craig leads his own consulting practice focused on balance sheet strategy, capital markets, and asset/liability management, drawing on decades of leadership experience at Janney, PNC Bank, and BlackRock. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University School of Management, he continues advising financial institutions across the industry.

Dan Weckerly has spent three decades as a professional writer, creating business content from journalism to marketing copy to a self-published novel. His work also spans film criticism, travel writing, blogging, and online humor.
